Explanation:
Transfers non-recurring general revenue in the Transfer to Grants and 
Donations Trust Fund category, which is used for state match for federal 
disaster funding, in the Division of Emergency Management by $300,000 and 
provides $300,000 in non-recurring general revenue for Space Florida 
thereby increasing funding for Space Florida from $6.7 million to $7 
million, which is the current year level of funding.
