DELETE the proviso immediately following Specific Appropriation 415A:
The $1,500,000 in non-recurring tobacco settlement funds in Specific
Appropriation 415A is provided for the adolescent residential substance
treatment facility project to serve Citrus and Marion counties.
and insert in lieu thereof:
From the funds in Specific Appropriation 415A, the following projects
are funded with non-recurring tobacco settlement funds:
Adolescent Residential Substance Abuse Treatment Facility -
Citrus/Marion . . 1,500,000
Village Residential Kitchen Improvement Project -
Miami-Dade . . . 520,000
