Explanation:
Eliminates funding for restoration of lighthouses by deleting proviso 
intended for this purpose and inserting proviso requiring the $5 million 
instead be used for historical preservation projects.

Funds in Specific Appropriation 3269, shall be used for the following 
Florida Lighthouse Restoration projects.   A 10 percent match from the 
grant recipient shall be required.

1A-35.007, Florida Administrative Code.

Line item amendments are accepted as part of the amendatory process.  However, due to the necessity of using computerized systems this may entail a different placement within a budget entity or the renumbering of the specific appropriation items.
