Explanation:
Provides $1 million of PECO funding for the Broward Community College 
(BCC)  Nursing Simulation Lab Facility, and reduces the BCC renovation 
project for buildings 8, 60, and 62 by the same amount (from $7.8 million 
to $6.8 million).
