Adds proviso language to the Regional Workforce Boards line item to 
earmark $500,000 each for Banner Centers at the Hillsborough Community 
College and Florida Community College at Jacksonville.

At the end of existing proviso language, following Specific 
Appropriation 2321, INSERT:

The sum of $500,000 each is appropriated to the Hillsborough Community 
College and Florida Community College at Jacksonville for a 
manufacturing Banner Center to collaborate with school districts to 
implement training and work programs to increase student exposure to 
manufacturing jobs and to increase the available workforce for the 
manufacturing industry.

Line item amendments are accepted as part of the amendatory process.  However, due to the necessity of using computerized systems this may entail a different placement within a budget entity or the renumbering of the specific appropriation items.
