Immediately following Specific Appropriation 2124, INSERT:

The Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission shall prioritize the funds 
in Specific Appropriation 2124 toward the purchase of a conservation 
easement on a working ranch that allows public access and is adjacent to 
lands managed by the Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission.

Line item amendments are accepted as part of the amendatory process.  However, due to the necessity of using computerized systems this may entail a different placement within a budget entity or the renumbering of the specific appropriation items.
