From Tobacco Settlement Trust Fund 465,000 784,019
At the end of existing proviso language, following Specific
Appropriation 446, INSERT:
From the funds in Specific Appropriation 446, $380,981 in recurring
general revenue funds and $319,019 in non-recurring tobacco settlement
trust funds shall be used to assist local homeless coalitions in meeting
the state requirements in sections 420.621-420.626, Florida Statutes.
It provides support for staffing, which meets the requirement of these
mandates.
Line item amendments are accepted as part of the amendatory process. However, due to the necessity of using computerized systems this may entail a different placement within a budget entity or the renumbering of the specific appropriation items. |
