Appropriations: Provides appropriation to Grants and Donations Trust Fund within AHCA for use in Medicaid program & Low-Income Pool Program; provides contingency for transfer of funds from low-income pool; provides for portion of appropriation to be used as state match for disproportionate share hospital programs & as payments to Shands Teaching Hospital to continue original purpose of providing health care services to indigent patients through Shands HealthCare System.
