Prohibits policies limiting enforcement of immigration laws; requires law enforcement officer making lawful contact with reasonable suspicion that person is unlawfully present to make reasonable attempt to determine person's immigration status; requires transfer of unlawfully present convicts to custody of U.S. upon discharge; prohibits trespassing by illegal aliens; prohibits smuggling of aliens; prohibits unlawful stopping to hire & pick up passengers for work; prohibits unlawful transporting or shielding unlawful aliens; prohibits knowingly or intentionally employing unauthorized aliens; creates rebuttable presumption for employers verifying authorization through specified program; provides affirmative defense by complying with specified laws; provides requirements for entrapment defense; requires employers to verify employment eligibility of new employees through specified federal program & keep specified records; requires that employers participating in economic development incentives participate in specified employee eligibility program; provides for removal & immobilization or impoundment of vehicles in specified circumstances.
