Implementation of Revision 7 to Article V of the State Constitution:
Continues ongoing implementation of Revision 7 to Article V of the State Constitution to allocate state court system funding among the state, counties, and other users of courts; creates the Article V Indigent Services Advisory Board; provides for a statewide registry for court-appointed counsel; creates a council of chief information officers; revises various provisions of law to conform.
Effective Date:
Except as otherwise provided herein, this act shall take effect July 1, 2004
