Vote Required to Amend or Revise State Constitution:
Proposes an amendment to s. 5, Art. XI of the State Constitution to require that a proposed amendment to or revision of the State Constitution be approved by 60 percent of the voters of the state and 60 percent of the voters in each of the congressional districts of the state voting on the amendment or revision.
