Enterprise Zones: Authorizes a governing body within the boundaries of a consolidated government to apply to the Office of Tourism, Trade, and Economic Development to amend the boundaries of an enterprise zone to include a federal empowerment zone; authorizes the Office of Tourism, Trade, and Economic Development to approve the enterprise zone boundary amendment application; authorizes the Office of Tourism, Trade, and Economic Development to amend the boundaries of an enterprise zone in the City of Brooksville/Hernando County; limits the size of the boundary amendment; authorizes the governing body of inland counties to apply to the Office of Tourism, Trade, and Economic Development to amend the boundaries of an area within an enterprise zone; requires the office to approve the application; provides requirements.
