HB 861 (2004) -  Athletics in the Public Schools

Authorizes district school board programs and policies to require random drug testing of student athletes for use of performance enhancing drugs; requires the bylaws of the Florida High School Athletic Association to specify that in order to qualify for membership in the organization, a school must provide for random drug testing of student athletes.
