HB 1505 (2004) -  Enforcement of Prohibited Financial Acts and Practices

Authorizes the Attorney General to conduct investigations and bring enforcement actions to enjoin and seek restitution for prohibited financial acts and practices; brings violations of prohibited securities and financial transactions acts and practices under the investigation and prosecution authority of the Office of Statewide Prosecutor and the subject matter jurisdiction of a statewide grand jury.
