SB 2900 (2004) -  Agency Inspectors General/Duties

provides that agency inspectors general rather than state agencies shall have certain powers & perform certain functions & duties relative to specified investigations; provides that agency inspectors general may access specified records, data, & information of state agency & request information or assistance from state agency or any federal, state, or local governmental entity, etc. Amends 20.055, 112.3189,.31895.
