General Bill
Traffic Safety:
Removes an exception to prohibition of persons riding on the exterior of a passenger vehicle; revises exceptions to prohibition of persons riding on any vehicle on an area of the vehicle not designed or intended for the use of passengers; prohibits operators from allowing minors to ride within the open body of a pickup truck or flatbed truck.
Effective Date:
July 1, 2005.
