SB 906 (2005) -  Beverage Law/Direct Shippers/Wine

provides for direct shipment of wine from within or outside state; requires that shipper hold direct-shipper's license; requires that each container of wine shipped directly be labeled with notice; requires that direct shipper file surety bond with Alcoholic Beverages & Tobacco Div. of DBPR; requires out-of-state direct shipper to pay costs of audit or examination by division, etc. Creates 561.575; amends 561.54,.545.
