School Students/Psychotropic Med: defines term "psychotropic medication"; prohibits public school from denying student access to programs or services under certain conditions; authorizes public school teachers & school district personnel to share certain information with student's parent; authorizes refusal of psychological screening, etc. Creates 1006.0625.
