SB 2122 (2005) -  Slot Machines/Revenue Taxes

imposes tax on revenues from slot machines located in certain pari-mutuel facilities that conduct slot-machine gaming as authorized by s. 23, Art. X of State Constitution; requires that proceeds of tax be remitted to Pari-mutuel Wagering Div.; requires that proceeds of tax be deposited into State School Trust Fund & used solely for purpose of funding public education in state, etc.
