Provides an exemption from public records requirements for nonessential private information supplied by applicants pursuant to an application filed for the purpose of securing a license as a slot machine gaming licensee and trade secrets supplied by any entity under ch. 551, F.S., for such purpose; provides for review and repeal; provides a statement of public necessity.
Effective Date: on the same date that HB 1569 or similar legislation takes effect, if such legislation is adopted in the same legislative session or an extension thereof and becomes law.
