Sales Tax/Machinery & Equipment: amends provisions re exemption for machinery & equipment used to increase productive output; eliminates limitation on exemption for spaceport activities & manufacturing facilities & exemption for machinery & equipment used in printing facilities; provides exemption from entire amount of tax for machinery & equipment used under federal procurement contracts, etc. Amends 212.08; repeals 212.0805.
