SB 2560 (2005) -  Street Light/Limitation on Liability

provides that persons or political subdivisions that provide, operate, or maintain street lights or other similar illumination is not liable for civil damages for injury or death effected or caused by adequacy or failure of illumination of lights, regardless whether adequacy or failure of illumination is alleged or demonstrated to have caused or contributed in any way to injury or death. Creates 768.1382.
