General Bill   by Evers (CO-SPONSORS) Allen; Ambler; Baxley; Clarke; Davis, D.; Detert; Galvano; Grant; Harrell; Hays; Kendrick; Kreegel; Legg; Machek; McInvale; Murzin; Needelman; Proctor; Robaina; Sansom; Traviesa; Troutman
Voter Registration: Requires the supervisor of elections of each county to send voter registration applications to the Fish and Wildlife Commission and its subagents; requires voter registration applications to be displayed at locations where hunting, fishing, or trapping licenses or permits are sold; requires that applicants for hunting, fishing, or trapping licenses or permits be asked if they would like a voter registration application; requires certain information be provided when a person applies for a hunting, fishing, or trapping license or permit on the Internet.
Effective Date: June 7, 2006, except as otherwise provided.
