GENERAL BILL   by Troutman (CO-SPONSORS) Antone; Bucher; Davis, M.; Fields; Gannon; Kendrick; Machek; Quinones; Robaina; Sobel; RECOMMENDED by State Resources Council
Farm Labor Vehicles: Revises provisions for transportation of farm labor to provide vehicle safety standards and require certain safety equipment, stickers, and signs in vehicles transporting farm labor; requires the Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles to provide copies of certain accident reports to the Department of Business and Professional Regulation; provides penalties for violations; provides for disposition and use of the proceeds from the penalties imposed.
Effective Date: July 1, 2006.
