SB 944 (2006) -  Wine Shipments

(THIS BILL COMBINED IN CS/S144 & 944) provides for certain direct shipments of wine from out of state to resident of this state; requires shippers to have certain licenses; provides prohibitions; provides for administrative & criminal penalties; provides that those provisions prohibiting shipment of alcoholic beverages do not apply to wine shipped under specified provisions. Creates 561.585; amends 561.54,.545.
