GENERAL BILL   by Governmental Oversight and Productivity and Constantine
Growth Management: creates "Interlocal Service Boundary Agreement Act"; provides legislative intent re annexation & coordination of services by local governments; provides for creation of said agreements by county & one or more municipalities or independent special districts; requires that emergency medical services be provided by existing provider to annexed area with certain exceptions; creates "Florida Impact Fee Act", etc. Amends FS.
