Citizens Property Insurance Corporation Deficit Assessment Relief: Authorizes citation as the "Citizens Insurance Relief Act"; requires the board of governors of Citizens Property Insurance Corporation to certify to the Revenue Estimating Conference deficits resulting from named hurricanes and tropical storms; requires the Revenue Estimating Conference to determine net increases in sales tax revenues resulting from the impacts of such storms; directs the Chief Financial Officer to transfer portions of specified moneys from the General Revenue Fund to the corporation, the Florida Hurricane Catastrophe Fund, and the Executive Office of the Governor.
Effective Date: upon becoming a law.
