Creates the "Florida Solar Incentive Program;" establishes the Solar Energy Development Fund; establishes the Photovaltaic Incentive Program; provides rebates for the installation of solar energy systems on commercial and residential buildings; provides eligibilty requirements; directs the Florida Public Service Commission to adopt rules; provides funds for certification for certain equipment.
Effective Date: July 1, 2006.
