Fair Share Health Care Fund: Creates the Fair Share Health Care Fund; provides purposes and uses of the fund; provides duties of the Agency for Health Care Administration and the Chief Financial Officer; provides for audit of the fund; provides employer reporting guidelines; specifies required information; provides reporting guidelines for the secretary of the Agency for Health Care Administration; specifies required information; provides for determining fair share health care payments by employers; provides for employer payments into the fund; provides civil penalties for late reporting or nonpayment; provides for future review and termination or re-creation of the fund.
Effective Date: January 1, 2007.
