Sales Tax Exemption/Textbooks: exempts certain textbooks from tax on sales, use, & other transactions; provides requirements; provides definitions; provides sales tax exemption on rental, lease, or granting of license for use of real property by certain bookstore operations at postsecondary educational institution. Amends 212.08.
