Postsecondary Student Fees: Provides conditions for reclassification as a resident for tuition purposes; requires that evidence be provided relating to legal residency and dependent status; provides duties of institutions of higher education; classifies as residents for tuition purposes certain employees of international multilateral organizations; provides an out-of-state fee exemption and eligibility criteria therefor; limits participation in the exemption program.
Effective Date: July 1, 2006.
