SB 1828 (2006) -  Skilled Nursing Unit Referrals

Skilled Nursing Unit Referrals: requires subscriber's primary physician to refer subscriber to facility's skilled nursing unit under certain conditions; authorizes subscriber to use grievance process if his or her request for referral is denied. Amends 641.31.
