Reproductive Health Services: Provides for citation as the Prevention First Act; requires the Secretary of Health to develop and maintain on the department's Internet website information related to family planning and referrals to local community resources to assist women and families in preventing unintended pregnancies; requires school districts to develop a comprehensive family life and human sexuality education curriculum; provides requirements for the curriculum; provides conditions under which the curriculum may be audited; provides definitions relating to the treatment of rape survivors; provides duties of licensed health care facilities and practitioners relating to the treatment of rape survivors.
Effective Date: upon becoming a law.
