Patient Handling/Safe Movement:
requires governing body of hospital or nursing home to adopt policy re safe
movement of patients; provides requirements for policy; requires hospital or
nursing home to submit its policy for safe movement of patients to patient
safety center & AHCA; prohibits health care facility from retaliating or
discriminating against employee who, in good faith, reports violation of act,
etc. Creates 381.029.
