Revises provisions relating to reporting requirements for legislative lobbyists and lobbyists of the executive branch and Constitution Revision Commission; removes a requirement that each lobbying firm and principal maintain certain records and documents for a specified period; removes a provision specifying judicial jurisdiction for enforcing the right to subpoena certain documents and records for audit; removes requirements for each lobbying firm to file quarterly compensation reports; removes a requirement that the Legislature adopt rules authorizing legislative committees to investigate any lobbying firm upon receipt of certain information; removes a provision authorizing the Commission on Ethics to adopt rules and forms relating to compensation reporting; revises the definition of the term "electronic filing system"; removes provisions relating to electronic compensation report filing requirements; repeals certain sections of ch. 2005-359, Laws of Florida, relating to reporting requirements for legislative lobbyists, compensation report auditing requirements for the Legislative Auditing Committee, and reporting requirements for lobbyists of the executive branch and Constitution Revision Committee.
