GENERAL BILL   by Economic Development, Trade & Banking Committee and Bilirakis (CO-SPONSORS) Brandenburg; Farkas; Grant; Harrell; Henriquez; Rice; Sansom; Simmons; Sobel; Traviesa; Waters
Oil and Gas Drilling: Prohibits activities associated with the exploration for and production of oil, gas, or other petroleum products in sovereignty submerged lands and waterways; prohibits Outer Continental Shelf energy activities; prohibits local governments and state agencies from granting approval for certain licenses, permits, activities, and projects; requires the Department of Environmental Protection to submit such provisions to the United States Department of Commerce to be made part of the state's coastal zone management program.
