GENERAL BILL   by Margolis (CO-SPONSORS) Wilson; Rich; Diaz de la Portilla; Villalobos; Bullard
Surtax/Charter Co./Community College [SPCC]: allows each charter county to levy voter-approved surtax for community college in county; provides restrictions on source of expenses for referendum re this surtax; provides requirements for ordinance that imposes surtax; provides for proceeds to be deposited in separate fund & promptly disbursed to board of trustees; provides that other funding may not be reduced because community college has received such proceeds, etc. Amends 212.055.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law
