Code of Ethics/Pub. Officer/Employee [LPCC]:
prescribes standards of conduct that are applicable to specified officers &
employees of business entity serving as chief administrative or executive
officer of political subdivision; prescribes "proper disciplinary official"
for violations of standards of conduct by persons who are not public officers
or employees, etc. Creates 112.3136; amends 112.317,.324.
