HB 963 (2007) -  Protection of Minors

Revises definition of "harmful to minors"; prohibits certain actions involving depictions of minors engaged in certain conduct; precludes certain defenses; deletes provision providing defense as to an age of minor following bona fide attempt to ascertain minor's age; prohibits use of minors in production of specified material.
Effective Date: October 1, 2007.
