Early Learning: Creates Office of Early Learning in Executive Office of Governor & provides responsibilities; provides type two transfer of Office of Early Learning in AWI, Office of Early Learning in DOE, & child care facility licensing responsibilities of DCFS to Office of Early Learning in EOG; conforms provisions & revises various VPK requirements; provides for continued validity of child care facility licenses & registrations; requires Division of Statutory Revision to make necessary conforming changes to Florida Statutes.
Effective Date: July 1, 2007.
