JOINT RESOLUTION   by Robaina
Local Option Gaming: Proposes creation of s. 28, Art. X of State Constitution to allow governing body of any county to hold countywide referendum on whether to authorize full gaming within that county; requires gaming facilities to be located within hotel or casino with at least 250 rooms for overnight patrons; provides for regulation & taxation of gaming by general law; requires that specified percentages of tax revenues be used to offset residential property tax, to create affordable housing, & to prevent & treat compulsive gambling & related disorders.
