SB 88 (2008) -  School Safety/Bullying and Harassment [SPCC]

Cites this act as the "Jeffrey Johnston Stand Up for All Students Act" which prohibits bullying or harassment during education programs or activities, on school buses, or through use of data or computer software accessed through computer systems of certain educational institutions. Defines "bullying" as systematically and chronically inflicting physical hurt or psychological distress on one or more students, etc.
