General Bill   by Judiciary and Education Pre-K - 12 and Wise (CO-SPONSORS) Fasano
Schools/Single-gender Classes [SPCC]: Provides that students may be separated by gender for specified single-gender programs. Provides that options for public school choice may include single-gender programs. Authorizes district school boards to establish a nonvocational class, extracurricular activity, or school in which enrollment is limited to students of a single gender. Requires evaluation of single-gender programs every 2 years, etc.
