General Bill
Criminal Offenses:
Provides for reclassification of offenses committed against elderly or disabled; provides for mandatory term of imprisonment for certain thefts against persons 65 years of age or older; provides for mandatory term of imprisonment for certain acts of exploitation against elderly person or disabled adult.
