Transfers and reassigns divisions, functions, and responsibilities, including records, personnel, property, and unexpended balances of appropriations and other resources from the Department of the Lottery, the Department of Business and Professional Regulation, the Department of Law Enforcement, and the Department of Legal Affairs to the Department of Gaming Control, etc.
