SB 1328 (2008) -  State Work Opportunity Tax Credit/Felons [EPCC]

Provides an additional credit against the corporate income tax, beginning January 1, 2009, for a business hiring a person who has been convicted of a felony if the hiring is within 3 years after a person's release from a state prison or if the person has been convicted of a felony and is on community control or probation for the commission of a felony, etc.
