CS/HB 919 (2008) -  Commercial Parasailing

General Bill by Environment & Natural Resources Council and Domino (CO-SPONSORS) Sachs
Commercial Parasailing: Requires each owner of vessel engaged in commercial parasailing to obtain & carry liability insurance with minimum coverage of $500,000 per person & $1 million per event; requires owner to have proof of insurance at location where parasailing is offered or provided for consideration & requires each customer be provided carrier's name & address & the insurance policy number; provides requirements for person engaged in commercial parasailing operations; provides penalties; prohibits commercial parasailing from one-half hour after sunset to one-half hour before sunrise.
