HIV/AIDS Awareness License Plates [EPCC]: Creates the HIV/AIDS Awareness license plate. Requires that the word "Florida" appear at the top and the words "Safety=Life" appear at the bottom of the license plate. Provides that the annual use fees be distributed to nonprofit HIV/AIDS organizations to fund activities to educate persons in this state concerning the need for HIV/AIDS prevention and detection, etc.
