Public K-12 Educational Instruction: Requires establishment of high school diploma designations to identify unique coursework or student accomplishment; requires each high school to offer specified AP courses; removes cap on bonuses to teachers of IB, AICE, & AP courses; provides for calculation of additional FTE membership based on dual enrollment completion; provides for teacher bonuses & monetary student rewards.
