GENERAL BILL   by Policy & Budget Council and Economic Expansion & Infrastructure Council and Poppell (CO-SPONSORS) Attkisson; Glorioso; McKeel; Seiler
Tax on Sales, Use, and Other Transactions: Provides exemption from use tax for aircraft that temporarily enters state or is temporarily in state for certain purposes; provides criteria for proof; specifies exemption to be in addition to certain other provisions.
